The terms below cover every job we take on in Dalston and the areas next to it. By booking, you accept them.
Prices and quotes
Quotes are based on what you tell us about the property. Should the property turn out to be materially different, for instance larger than described or in need of specialist work, we explain before we begin and agree a revised price, or leave at no charge.
Payment
We take a deposit of 50% to confirm the booking, payable no later than 24 hours before we come. The remaining balance is due on completion. We take card and bank transfer.
Cancellation
There is no charge to cancel or rearrange if you tell us 24 hours or more beforehand. Later than that, or when we are unable to get access at the time agreed, a charge for the cleaner’s time may apply.
Access, keys and parking
You are responsible for providing access. If you leave a key with us it is held securely and returned on request. Where a street in Dalston needs a permit or paid parking, that charge is passed on at cost.
Putting things right
On end of tenancy cleans, if the inventory clerk marks down something we cleaned, tell us within 48 hours and we will return and re-clean that item at no charge. This does not cover damage or wear that was present before we started.
Limits of liability
We are not liable for pre-existing damage, for items that fail because they were already worn or faulty, or for stains and marks that cannot be removed by normal cleaning methods. We will point these out where we spot them.
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms.
