This explains what we do with your personal information when you contact us about cleaning work.
What we collect
Through the quote form or a phone call we collect your name, your phone number and the property postcode, and, only if you offer them, an email address and notes about the work. We do not ask for anything else.
What it is used for
To quote for the work, to arrange the clean, and to contact you about that booking. The lawful basis is that the processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and afterwards our legitimate interest in running the job.
Keeping your details
Enquiry details that do not turn into a booking are deleted after 12 months. Records of completed work are kept for six years, which is the period we may need them for tax and for any dispute.
Who sees it
The office and the cleaners assigned to your job. We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to marketing companies. A third-party company hosts the website, and form enquiries are sent securely to the system we use for bookings.

Your rights
You are entitled to ask what we hold about you, and to have it corrected or deleted. Call 020 8077 6967 and we will deal with it. If you are unhappy with how we handle your request, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
